Returns
  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return an item
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be wrongly supplied products only and should be returned, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as sale
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Damage during shipping for poor handling by the courier partner

 


 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before shipment only
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled
  • Post placing customize order, in case of raw materials are in short supply, then the order shall be cancelled and we shall refund the money in 5-10 working days

 



Return Process

  • Email us at fabdecorcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • You will be solely responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is
    due to an error on our part.

 



Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

 



Replacement / Exchanges

We only replace items if they are wrongly supplied. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
please contact us.
